He went above and beyond the call of duty to to explain what was wrong, what needed to be done, and explained different options explaining different proce points. James was kind and considerate. James was great. The rain delayed the work a bit, but he got the job done. He was also very understanding of my desire to work with the city to qualify for the Sewer Service Line Replacement Program. He was super professional when dealing with my neighbor whose yard we needed access to, in order to connect my line to the city’s main. He made a very unpleasant situation easier to navigate.
